How I approach it

Everything stays practical. I use simple goal setting methods such as OKRs where they help, and a plain goals cascade where they do not. The aim is never a slide deck. It is a plan your people can say in one breath and use to make everyday decisions without checking with you first.

I bring more than 20 years of strategy, transformation and operations experience from large, complex organisations, and I apply it at the scale of your business, without the overhead or the jargon.
